Bienvenido/a a Intercambios Ramsar, la lista de intercambio electr�nico oficial de la Convenci�n sobre los Humedales (Ramsar, Ir�n, 1971), que es mantenida por la secretar�a de la Convenci�n. El objetivo de esta lista es facilitar la comunicaci�n entre la Oficina de Ramsar, las Autoridades Administrativas de la Convenci�n en los pa�ses miembros y otras personas que puedan tener una responsabilidad en la aplicaci�n de la Convenci�n. De esta forma se cumple parcialmente el apartado d) del Art�culo 8.2 del texto de la Convenci�n, que estipula que la Secretar�a debe �notificar a las Partes Contratantes cualquier modificaci�n de la Lista o cambio en las caracter�sticas de los humedales incluidos en ella, y proveer para que dichos asuntos se discutan en la Conferencia siguiente�. La Lista de Intercambios Ramsar consta de tres listas de correo separadas, una destinada al idioma espa�ol, otra al franc�s (R�seau Ramsar) y otra al ingl�s (Ramsar Exchange). Using ramsar-intercambios
To post a message to all the list members, send email to ramsar-intercambios@lists.ramsar.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ramsar-intercambios
Subscribe to ramsar-intercambios by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the list moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
